Is this tied to one marketplace?+
No. We run the shop for you on the marketplace you sell on. We are an independent operations partner — the marketplace itself does not run this service.
What do I need to apply?+
A National ID or passport, and a KRA PIN. Individuals can run one shop; a registered business (with a permit or Certificate of Incorporation) can run several — marketplaces require these to approve a seller account.
How fast do I get paid?+
Every order is sourced and handed to delivery within 48 hours of payment. The marketplace then pays your seller account directly — the money goes straight to you, not through us.
What if an order can't be sourced in time?+
Our sourcing agents work a live supplier network across Nairobi's wholesale markets specifically to hit the 48-hour window. If a specific item genuinely can't be found, we'll tell you immediately rather than let the order lapse.
